Base:

- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- ¼ cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, pistachios
- 2 tbsp seeds chia, flax, pumpkin, or sunflower
- 2 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon optional
- Flavor boosters: 1 tbsp lemon/orange zest 1 tsp matcha powder, or ½ tsp almond extract

Step 1: Mix the Yogurt Base
In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
