Base:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat, 2%, or non-fat
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings (Customizable, choose your favorites!):

  • 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, pistachios
  • 2 tbsp seeds chia, flax, pumpkin, or sunflower
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • Flavor boosters: 1 tbsp lemon/orange zest 1 tsp matcha powder, or ½ tsp almond extract

Dietary Adaptations:

  • Dairy-free/Vegan: Use thick coconut or almond yogurt
  • Lower Sugar: Swap honey/maple syrup for stevia or monk fruit
  • Higher Protein: Add 1-2 tbsp unsweetened protein powder

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix the Yogurt Base

  • In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

Step 2: Prepare the Pan & Spread the Yogurt

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spreading it evenly to ¼-inch thickness.

Step 3: Add Toppings

  • Sprinkle berries, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut, chocolate chips, or any desired toppings.
  • Lightly press toppings into the yogurt to help them stick.

Step 4: Freeze Until Solid

  • Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.

Step 5: Break & Store

  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
  • Store in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers.
  • Keep frozen for up to 1 month.

  • For a smoother bite: Use smaller chopped nuts and seeds.
  • Avoid freezer burn: Keep bark in an airtight container.
  • For extra indulgence: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate or nut butter before freezing.
