- Cornstarch or arrowroot powder for thickening
- Gluten-free certified beef broth
- Red wine optional, gluten-free
- 2 cups carrots chunked
- 2 cups potatoes chunked
- 2 medium onions diced
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms quartered
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- Fresh thyme and rosemary
- Bay leaves
- Sea salt and black pepper
Brown meat in small batches
Sauté vegetables separately
Combine all ingredients in cooking vessel
For slow cooker: Cook on low for 8-10 hours
