Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Chicken

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

For the Pasta & Cream Sauce

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Generously coat with Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes to enhance flavor.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F).
  • Remove from the pan and let it rest before slicing.

Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same pan, sauté garlic and red bell pepper.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken.

Combine & Serve

  • Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce.
  • Toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Garnish with green onions and fresh parsley.

Notes

🔸 Seafood Twist: Use shrimp and andouille sausage instead of chicken.
🔸 Vegetarian Option: Swap chicken for plant-based protein and add more veggies.
