- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin thinly sliced
- 8 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 pound pasta fettuccine or linguine recommended
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cook the Beef:
