Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for more richness)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Gnocchi:

  • 2 packages store-bought potato gnocchi fresh, not frozen for best texture

For the Garlic Flavor:

  • 6-8 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Sauce:

  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  • Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Pat dry for a perfect golden crust.

2️⃣ Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté Garlic

  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (avoid burning).

4️⃣ Cook the Gnocchi

  • Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook until slightly crispy on the edges.

5️⃣ Simmer with Sauce

  • Return chicken to the pan.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
  • Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats everything.

6️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Stir in parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
