Irresistible Sticky Beef Noodles

- 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 red chili sliced
- 1 bell pepper julienned
- 4 green onions cut 2" lengths
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
Marinate Beef: Toss steak with 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp cornstarch.
Cook Noodles: Boil per package, rinse, toss with 1 tsp oil.
Make Sauce: Whisk brown sugar, soy sauces, oyster sauce, vinegar, + 1 tbsp cornstarch.
Stir-Fry:
Sear beef in hot oil (1 min/side). Remove.
Sauté garlic, ginger, chili 30 sec. Add peppers.
Return beef + noodles. Pour sauce. Toss 2 mins.
Finish: Add green onions + sesame oil. Serve immediately!
