Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or BBQ saucefor added flavor
Instructions
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep burgers tender.
Shape Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 1/2-inch thick.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Cook: Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest: Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve: Enjoy on toasted buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, avocado, or cheese.
Notes
Use ground turkey with a bit of fat for juicier burgers.
Add chopped spinach or grated zucchini to the mix for extra nutrition.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
