Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 4 thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese

For the Marinade:

  • Lea & Perrin’s Chicken Marinade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pound chicken breasts to ¾ inch thickness.
  • Marinate them for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).

Make the Parmesan Crust

  • Mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.

Cook the Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sear chicken in a skillet for 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet, top with the parmesan crust, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes

  • Broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
