- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
For the Refresher:
- 4 cups cold water or coconut water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves optional
- Additional lime wedges
Optional Add-ins:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds pre-soaked
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Step 1: Prepare the Dragon Fruit Base
Scoop out the dragon fruit flesh and place it in a blender.
Add the mango chunks, honey/agave nectar, and lime juice.
Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate if not using immediately.
