For the Dragon Fruit Base:

  • 2 ripe pink dragon fruits or frozen dragon fruit packets
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

For the Refresher:

  • 4 cups cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves optional
  • Additional lime wedges

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds pre-soaked
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Dragon Fruit Base

  • Scoop out the dragon fruit flesh and place it in a blender.
  • Add the mango chunks, honey/agave nectar, and lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.
  • Transfer to a container and refrigerate if not using immediately.

Step 2: Mix the Refresher

  • Add 1/4 cup of the dragon fruit-mango base to a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Pour 1 cup of cold water or coconut water over the base.
  • Stir gently until the colors are fully mixed.

Step 3: Garnish and Serve

  • Add fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge for garnish.
  • Serve immediately with a straw for the best experience.
