  • 750 grams chicken thighs approximately 3 chicken chops
  • Marinade 1 cup / 250 ml
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Sauce 1/2 cup / 125 ml – choose from brown, black pepper, or mushroom sauce
  • Vegetables for garnish and additional flavor
  • Onions scallions, ginger
  • Spices and Seasonings
  • Salt pepper, chicken pepper, thyme, rosemary
  • Optional for Spicy Variation
  • Hot chile paste red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation: Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Marinate the chicken in the prepared marinade for at least 12 hours.

    Cooking:

    • Preheat grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat.
    • Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

    Resting: Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

      Serving: Serve with your choice of sauce and side dishes.
