Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies coarsely chopped

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 6 Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the Crust

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  • Mix with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • Divide and press into serving cups. Chill while making the filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold in chopped Oreos gently.

Step 3: Assemble & Chill

  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  • Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4: Add Toppings & Serve

  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Add a dollop to each cheesecake cup and garnish with Oreos.
