For the Dough Base:
- 2 cans 16.3 oz each refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Pizza Flavor Profile:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 5 oz pepperoni chopped
- 1 cup pizza sauce divided
For the Herb Seasoning Mix:
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
Optional Additions:
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup finely chopped black olives
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients and Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and salt.
Chop pepperoni into ¼-inch pieces.
Step 2: Create Your Dough Balls
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Toss dough pieces in melted butter & olive oil.
Coat dough pieces with half of the seasoning mix.
Step 3: Assembly Process
Layer half the dough pieces in the pan.
Add half of cheese, pepperoni, and toppings.
Drizzle ½ cup of pizza sauce.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Baking
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and 190°F inside.
Let rest 5-10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Serve with remaining ½ cup pizza sauce for dipping.
