Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dry glass noodles
  • 400 g cabbage
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 200 g chicken breast optional for protein
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onion
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil

Instructions
 

Soak the Noodles: Place glass noodles in hot water for 5-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare Ingredients: Chop cabbage, carrot, onion, and garlic. Beat the eggs.

      Stir-fry the Eggs: Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then set aside.

        Stir-fry the Vegetables: In the same wok, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant. Add cabbage and carrot, cooking until tender.

          Combine: Add the soaked noodles and scrambled eggs back into the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, adding soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.

            Serve: Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve hot.

              Notes

              • For a protein boost, add cooked chicken, prawns, or tofu.
              • Adjust the soaking time based on the noodle brand for the best texture.
              • Feel free to experiment with additional vegetables or sauces.
