3/4 lb 375g boneless chicken breasts or thighs 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple in 100% juice 1 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 1 red bell pepper optional 1 green bell pepper optional 1 red onion optional 2 lbs chicken tenderloins in chunks
